I might have considered offering some of what you're seeking if you would simply qualify your offer properly. Your premium is based on what? Bluesheet bid? Greysheet bid? Greysheet ask? Trends? CW Coin Values?

My premiums are based on the coin being worth $1 in any of the above.

I generally use Greysheet ASK plus extra premiums, if the coin is valued at greater than the amounts I stipulated as my minimum offer prices.

Actually, it might be worth even more than with a coin in it. image

<< <i>Wow, whatever happened to the old saying: "Buy the coin, not the holder" >>

    Precisely.

Even more amazing is that the slab is probably worth even more if it does NOT have a coin in it at all.

<< <i> Obviously, as the coin in the holder is worth more, then the premiums drops accordingly. >>

So at what coin value does a doily holder add no premium? An 1893-S Morgan in xf45 has no extra value because of a doily holder even tho it may be the only doily-holdered 93-s Morgan extant?

I would agree that at that level, there would be minimal premium for a doily holdered 1893-S Morgan in XF-45 or in any grade, for that matter.
